Year-round traveling and recreational activities are planned for each season: winter,spring summer and fall immersed in nature, this plan and supported and unique ways not normally available.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) focused facilities. Unlimited assets focus on new energy vehicles (Electric). Futuristic modern styles. Participants self-service, no physical staffing planned. security and housekeeping people planned.

Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FFE) is all completely portable and can be rented, leaseed or purchased. Rental and leasing program enables participants to experience interact with products and services prior to making purchase decision.
Transactions are planned to be concluded instantaneously, completely digitally, participants can rent their products or services decide to lease that product or purchase and within minutes ownership transaction is concluded of the product and services rented or new items immediately shipped or made accessible or other arrangements.
The AI Galleries are showrooms for pre-selected products and services. Entrepreneurial executive team select the product and services to be featured and showcased. Only one type of product or service is chosen. Multiple models from same manufacturer or vendor is planned. Only direct relationship with original equipment manufacturers or creators is acceptable, no dealers or third-party relationships.
Bulk purchasing is planned. Price of products and services in not priority of selection. Procurement, participation and policies focused on best available assets. Scalability is important, not planning on showcasing prototypes. All selected products and services must be supplied for hundreds or thousands of participants to be eligible.
Compliance with all rules, regulations , legislation including executive orders shall be followed within the respective geographical considerations and constraints.
Individual independent freelance Producers provide products and services. Consumers acquired at their own discretion products and services from Producers. Transactions concluded in Marketplace. Platform model, applicable federal, state and local taxes processed as necessary for tax compliance. International transaction duties or other fees collected and paid behalf of transacted parties. Indemnification of the marketplace is planned within simple agreements.
Non-political and policy constraints are planned. Open and free planning.
Military and law enforcement
