PopUp Cafés & Market Business Opportunity!

As a Restaurateur my PopUp Cafes has a award-winning concept for new and distressed restaurant assets. We are offering an amazing turnkey solutions for the foodservice industry.

The beneficial value proposition has disruptive differentiation for the foodservice industry: full-service, automate pick-up largely automatic operations, including robots and drones for delivery and catering, supported depending the optimal objective and situation. Kitchen-less innovative design fixed and mobile with cashless Point-of-Sale (POS) the future of foodservice.

PopUp Cafes platform business model (Like Uber, Airbnb & Alibaba) creates value by facilitating exchanges between two or more interdependent groups, consumers and producers (Culinary entrepreneurs) completing a Core Interaction. With the advent of connected technology, the ecosystems enable our platform to scale. Consumers <- Platform –> Producers:

Participants + Value Unit + Filter = Core Interaction

It’s a holistic business model that creates value by bringing together participants: Consumer’s (clients & guests) with Producer chefs. Value Unit is the personalized or standardized food & drinks. Filtering includes geolocation and others.

Our culinary team of independent Personal Chefs Producers will enable new or take over the distressed assets or even augment with a Sous Vide Bar. Our unique management contract enables you to have or retained ownership, licensing without day-to-day responsibility, or other terms and conditions to meet your unique situation. The business model is structured on revenue sharing with unlimited geographical considerations in the United States or International.

Our unique approach is to offer local fresh sous vide cooked prepared food products, and precook sous vide products. The disruptive differentiation achieved together with partners the “PopUp Cafes & Markets – Personalized Food & Drinks” offerings.

We arrange for the finest fresh ingredients, including organic items with tractability and sous vide precision cooked food products along with expert pairing of beverages: coffee, tea, beer, wine, spirits and cocktails.

Local personal Chef Producers prepare sous vide gourmet meals and deserts according to our customer’s desires, insuring a delicious sensory experience all this with the convenience of delivery, take-out and personal dining experiences at unique indoor and outdoor venues.

We believe Consumer’s (clients & guests) in seasonal locations like beaches, marinas, parks and vacation venues desire healthier dining, not the full-serve, quick-serve or fried food traditional restaurant experiences.

Business Coaching!

Coach, Entrepreneur & Businessman!

I am Coach, Entrepreneur & Businessman!

People who benefit from being coachable include: Business owner or entrepreneur.

Here is a great definition on what it means to be coachable (from a great article on the qualities of coachable and uncoachable leaders): Coachability is the willingness to be corrected and to act on that correction. When we are coachable, we are prepared to be wrong. We can withstand a high degree of candor.

Being coachable is one of life’s most important skills and attitudes, whether or not you’re an athlete. If you’re any kind of person who wishes to grow, learn, improve, excel or peak perform, you should care about whether or not you’re coachable. In other words, being coachable relates to a happy, productive life.

“Being coachable is about awareness and the ability to take the gold nuggets from a situation and use them to your advantage. There’s wisdom in being coachable. It means you’re paying attention to other people and the experience, wisdom, skills and knowledge they’ve earned and you’re willing to listen close enough to see what might help you on your own journey.”

Disasters Affected 8% of US Population in 2017!

Excellent article re-capping natural disasters in 2017 by Insurance Journal.

Peñuelas, Puerto Rico, December 18, 2017- In partnership with FEMA and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), energy contractors pull out the vertical reference line from the helicopter. The equipment is used to carry power poles to areas for installation.

“Disasters Affected 8% of US Population in 2017, FEMA Notes in Review of Historic Year Insurance Journal. It was a year when the federal government authorized more than $7 billion in disaster funds. The 2017 hurricane season produced 17 named storms, 10 of which became hurricanes (six of those  major hurricanes) — including Harvey and Irma, the first two major hurricanes to hit the continental U.S. in 12 years.” goo.gl/GNvMKW

Top 10 New Year’s Resolutions!

My Top 10 New Year’s Resolutions for You & Me!

As we finish out 2017, and enter into 2018 as a new year, I would like to offer the following – “Top Ten Resolutions for 2018” with do’s and don’ts. To keep your resolutions, they must become part of your natural lifestyle and have support. Our for-profit and nonprofit entities will enable you to do most of these resolutions forever. I encourage you to do them ALL with discipline!!

  1. Improve your fitness – Do’s: workout every day at home & outside. Don’ts: buy exercise equipment or health club membership.
  2. Eat Better – Do’s: daily every meal to be personalized. Suggest using the sous vide cooking technique, with personal chef support, learn more my @PopUpCafes Don’ts: Never eat at restaurants or buy expensive ingredients, most importantly never diet.
  3. Quit smoking – common sense!
  4. Moderate drinking – Do’s: enjoy alcohol socially in moderation, consumed and paired with food. Don’ts: drink alcohol excessively without food.
  5. Learn something new – Do’s: for eating better and for fun learn the sous vide cooking technique. To improve your fitness learn indoor/outdoor physical activity. Do it with passion. Don’ts: something difficult and unsustainable.
  6. Travel more – Do’s: incorporate fitness, eating better and moderate social alcohol drinking. Wineries, beach and mountains offer wonderful memorable experiences. Volunteer, for natural disasters response and recovery, all expenses are paid. Don’ts: excessive: eating, drinking and no physical activities.
  7. Volunteer – Do’s: Helping others in need is a great and selfless. Natural disasters are ideal for your helping. Don’ts: just donate money. Volunteer and donate ONLY to local grass-root nonprofit organizations.
  8. Meet Someone – Do’s: Make 2018 the year you meet that passionate special someone, if you’re not in a healthy committed relationship. Just start chatting up someone you find cute in at PopUp Cafes, volunteering or other active events. There are plenty of online options to help you find a partner. Don’ts: be closed minded, limit your search or compromise.

    Couple on the beach
  9. Sleep more – Tired of being tired? Do’s: There are more benefits to getting a good night’s sleep than just feeling more refreshed. A proper snooze can do all kinds of things, including keeping your metabolism going strong, help you concentrate better, and make you less likely to get sick. Don’ts: allow others or yourself to get less sleep.
  10. Get out of debt – Do’s: be an entrepreneur full or part-time. Portfolio your income, not just work for others. Use new income to pay-off all your debt. Living debt free provides you freedom. Don’ts: consolidate your debt or borrow money.

Join me with the implantation most of these – “Top 10 New Year’s Resolutions.”
