Proposed Policies for artificial intelligence (AI).

Digital intelligence, critical understanding and controls needed: created, supervised and  supported by entrepreneurs: not lawyer’s and academics.

Normally, it’s been a policy to stay away from proposing policies, however it is rare case it’s the necessary.

Artificial intelligence policy (AIP) is needed from an entrepreneur and small businessman perspective.

The emerging AI chat bots are “scary good,” as Elon Musk put it, but they’re not quite sentient beings that can match the million years of evolution that produced the precise sequence of billions of synapses firing in the same millisecond in your frontal lobe that tells you to smell the coffee before it’s too late. But this is just one function of AI. AI products are being deployed in many sectors, including health research, marketing and finance.

Technology billionaire Elon Musk co-signed a recent letter saying further AI developments should be put on hold until effective safety measures could be designed and implemented.

AI excitement & nervousness

But excitement as nervousness is as much excitement as nervousness around AI. It is the big buzzword in big tech and investment money is pouring in to AI-related projects.

Released in November, ChatGPT, became an instant viral sensation, the populist “face” of AI, with millions of people trying it out.

Using the internet as a database, it can give written answers to questions in a natural, human-like way.

Microsoft, which has invested heavily in OpenAI, says AI can take “the drudgery” out of mundane jobs such as office administration.

A recent report by Goldman Sachs suggests AI could replace the equivalent of 300 million full-time jobs.

And while the AI industry will create new human jobs, they are likely to require new skills.

It could replace a quarter of work tasks in the US and Europe but may also mean new jobs and a productivity boom.

And it could eventually increase the total annual value of goods and services produced globally by 7%.

Generative AI, able to create content indistinguishable from human work, is “a major advancement”, the report says.

What reality is for Altman, though, is a fantasy (or nightmare) for others. In the past few years, the 38-year-old has become the frontrunner in the race to create an all-knowing artificial intelligence.

When OpenAI launched as a research nonprofit in 2015 with Altman and Elon Musk among its founders, it sought “to advance digital intelligence in the way that is most likely to benefit humanity as a whole, unconstrained by a need to generate financial return.” But to save us from AI, they first had to build it.

Currently, there is no GPT-5 or formal release date, or declosure of features and capabilities.

It’s believed that Tesla electric vehicles  autopilot and advanced driving system uses AGI technology powered by it Hardware 4.0 (HW4). Additionally, Tesla’s Bot humanoids (Optimus) will use artificial general intelligence (AGI) supported hardware and software same as in their electric vehicles.

Controlling AI Data-centers
Data centers have the artificial intelligence processing capabilities.  An orderly, individuals computer devices like smartphone laptops tablet and other electronics you not internally have artificial intelligence capabilities. Negative consequences of AI

Unfortunately, many academics, politicians and others are making erroneously false consequences for artificial intelligence.

For example job losses from artificial intelligence should not be considered a negative consequence. It’s more like reality it could be beneficial when many positions are not filled at this time.

News media and others are reporting potential 300 to 400 million jobs
could be losted with the adoption of artificial intelligence. First plane is what data was used to arrive at that extremely broad number? Unfortunately numbers like that are generated and reported strictly for drama and impact. All numbers have a quantitative accurate formula. Disclose the scientific formula not just hypothetical results is best.

If you do not simultaneously disclose accurate formulation of a number you should not just throw out a number for dramatic purposes.

The practical or logical not to embrace the technology because of potential job losses.

That’s like saying horse and buggy should continue and not adopt automobiles. Legislatively and my executive order years ago could have stop development of passenger and commercial vehicles using internal combustion engines (ICE). Currently underdevelopment is electric vehicles at this time embraced by society. Many new advanced electric vehicles have artificial intelligence for improved driver safety expecting to reduce loss of life and serious injuries with artificial intelligence technology.

Humanoids robots with artificial intelligence are planning to be produced in mass quantity one to two million per year or more. Should production be halted because of artificial intelligence?

Universal basic income

It’s possible a good solution could be providing universal basic income to individuals that are not able to be retrained for the new post artificial intelligence world. The monthly and annual stipend could possibly cover comfortable living expenses.

It’s likely that society as a whole would be better off with an universal basic income. Considering it’s reported that a majority of money received by eligible individuals for universal income spend the money put it back in the economy is a good overall benefit to society potentially and possibly to be verified.

Some controls are beneficial to society and mankind with respect to artificial intelligence. The type of policy controls and method is very complex.

Entrepreneurial artificial intelligence specialist (AIS) would do most of the work.

Self regulation of artificial intelligence is an excellent starting point. Then as needed inappropriate legislation and/or executive orders to be considered. It’s imperative that US federal government could lead not me individual state please don’t forget patchwork of regulation.

Currently the office of the United States Presidency has a artificial intelligence committee established. That’s a good starting point for policy consideration.

It’s been stationed never close, accessible 24 hours a day 7 days a week 365 days a year for electric charging. It’s currently playing to have increased staffing about 12 hours a day 7 days a week 365 days a year. On call staff will be available additional hours as needed.

Stations always have human and robotic security. Visions are fun to have Cooks, not chefs preparing food. Bottled beverages by mixologists and others are planned. Active farm growing fruits and vegetables, fresh produce and other products. Planning an equestrian theme potentially having horses (only managed by others) and horse drawn carriages.

Safe houses planned on the property for executive protection, part of the executive protection program.

Possibly connected to or nearby trails used by fox hunting equestrians (Piedmont, Orange or other county hunt clubs) miles of groomed horseback riding trails.

Electric vehicles plan to assist in maintaining horseback riding trails. Separate trails for riding electric vehicles are planned.

I’m super excited for multimedia production with new advanced equipment and cloud editing software. In the past I was extensively involved with the film crew… filming special events like at The Bourbon festival.

Technological advancements have made equipment smaller and lighter and software better. Supercomputing is just beginning.

Ultimately, I believe all the raw footage can be processed by the supercomputer etitding with a finished product ready for publication with no human intervention.  The possibilities are endless including multiple-language translation by the computer.

Advanced multimedia equipment has real-time cloud sharing, enabling real-time content sharing.

Actuators are planned with camera mounts. The electric actuators adjusted by participants and others, including autonomously. The actuators planned for lateral and rotational movement.  Incremental camera movement including raising and lowering for filming of operators is planned. 

Camera movement system attached to the electric vehicles quickly, for rapidly deploying and removal. Moving system operating on tripod’s operating supported. Independent, energy storage planned including augmenting energy to cameras, potentially extending cameras operating time, as possible.

Video video is supported at evStation’s in media dome. Video editing software and subscriptions for video planned to be secured, supporterd and provide training virtually and physically. Third party independent contractors for voiceover and other custom videos features to be supported.

Potentially product placement might be decided and supported.

Privacy

Privacy is paramount no video support for probably disseminating images of people, without written permission. Proper release forms including for adults and children readily available including video clip is authorization meeting legal requirements.

Whenever video of individuals without written permission is discovered immediate action shall be taken to protect individuals especially children.

Missions

Search and Rescue mission and other missions benefit greatly from live real-time multimedia. Remote decision support and asset utilization and augmentation benefiting from real Time multimedia on-site.

Insurance

Equipment insurance from damage and loss is planned.

Cloud

Expecting to utilize cloud computing including video storage.

GoPro Subscription

Cameras by GoPro support their video content with editing subscription service. Pre-arranged GoPro hardware and subscriptions are planned, simplifying the processing video.

Videos can benefit from having some B-Roll. The B-roll is multimedia independently created related to the subject matter. Offered as a part of the editing package.

It’s plan to fully support the news media with an open-source policy, subject to privacy policy.

The news media expected to operate their own independent camera equipment. Media provided site support transportation, as necessary, for remote location access.

Special camera mounts for media equipment is planned.

Gimbals

The mounting system is planning to include gimbals for video stabilization (reducing unwanted excessive movement of camera recording) Some action cameras equipment has built-in gimbal controlling.

Microphones

It’s planned to have wireless microphones. Supporting audio for Independence including with helmet mounts. Rechargeable batteries fully charged.

Lighting

Portable low-emitting diode (LED) lighting is planned. The lighting is planned as a part of the customize mounting system, articulating arm with actuators. Rechargeable batteries fully charged.

Multiple cameras planned for engaging recorded experiences.

Indoor and outdoor equipment is planned including when mounted on recreational vehicles: subject to water (cameras submersible in-water about 33 ft in depth) snow (extreme cold conditions) mud and operational adverse weather conditions.

Multimedia system support special projects including: asbestos removal and habitat environmental improvements. Special considerations for forest fire support our planned.

Decision Support

It’s difficult to make decisions about the situation without having real-time live video and audio where events are occurring. Real-time multimedia provides excellent decision support tool.
