One of the main purposes of this Mission Planning profile is to prepare for missions. In-advance of mission’s 

Mission plan,  profile structured like a how to manual. Most of the missions expected to be: emergency type, very challenging, under adverse circumstances and conditions. Some personal risk is involved in missions expected. 

Lessons learned

The lessons learned from past responses provide valuable insight and captured in the Mission Plan for development of the Master Plan for incident responses.

New advance hardware, software and communication systems have been recently developed and are now just becoming commercially available. It’s impossible for many others to develop a plan response for personnel and assets without knowing the latest and greatest: hardware, software and other mission related assets. When you don’t know, you don’t know. 

Mission’s 

The mission’s plans are for humanitarian purposes. Submissions to be planned for benefiting animals.

Artificial intelligence (AI)

All advanced technology is planned to be like that benefits the execution of the mission. Artificial intelligence (AI) an artificial general intelligence (AGI) and chat with GPT offer beneficiary technology for mission support.

Information retrieval and dissemination are important part of mission’s success.

All Access

Philanthropist and significant supporters provided All Access to incident location and real time multimedia. Philanthropist and your guess physically and virtually invited to the incident scene. Active physical participation in the mission is encouraged and supported for the philanthropist and their guests. All access credentials security included biometric provided. Executive protection and security teams supported. Low profile visualization for protective provided.

Scalability

Multiple missions on multiple continents are planned. Scalability enabled with separate mission team divisions.

Ego

In the past and expected in the future unfortunately egos make many decisions. Also who gets the credit for successful outcomes. The plan is to not engage and support ego driven decision making or who gets the credit. The mission objective especially when saving lives is what is important to achieve.  

Low profile

Is planned that the solution mission team maintain a low profile. Concentration on the mission is a paramount importance. This does not necessarily mean hiding or accepting credit for deploying advance equipment solutions and communication.

Assets plan to be black or white or white with some black markings. Including for uniforms and helmets. Easily attachable with pre-printed information is planned. Country of origin not identifiable unless wanted or necessary.

Neutrality is planned. It’s not planned for others including nonprofits to take or get credit for what’s positively occurring provided by our teams with our equipment. Some degree of humility is important to manage expectations. Confidence, must be unexpected to be displayed by the team.

Executive protection missions

It’s expected that submission will be performed as part of the executive protection. Complete confidentiality and security as part of the executive protection mission.

The missions can be requested and activated securely without public information networks used for any other digital method. Face to face secure communications arrangements. Mission performed with secure in the end encryption.

Complete autonomous secure mission financial support performed with prior philanthropist support or post mission reimbursement.

Potentially working with third party ransom insurance and/or security directors within public and private sectors.

Augmentation

Mission are likely supported with some augmentation. Air and ground transportation potentially provided by military, local agencies or independent contractors. 

Pre-planned Pelletized planning expected including for cargo airplanes.

Potentially, someday emergency delivery of assets could possibly occur by rocket’s. Departing from the United States arriving any location anywhere in the world within minutes. Rocket launching and landing permits and approvals to be secured by special mission team. Medical

At incident site it’s planned to have medical support. Medical team’s with equipment and personnel are planned. The type of personnel and equipment determine related to the incident occurrence. Emergency medical personnel planned to treat victims and team for any injury or sickness. 

Historically

Although this after Mission Plan is completely hypothetical the report show utilize past events, expecting potential reoccurrence of similar events in order to prepare to respond.

Missions

Procurement, preparation and training is planned to be prepared for Missions. When events are occurring it’s much more difficult to: procure, assemble, deploy and train effective responses.

Boutique missions

It’s impossible to prepare for all unforeseen events. Many federal, state, local agencies in non-governmental organizations (NGO) and others, emergency management personnel and assets are equipped and trained to respond to large scale disasters and first responder events occurring often.

Meaning 

Missions that are boutique means they utilization of unique special skills, talents and assets is required for successful mission outcome. 

Fit

The fit for the type of missions to be accepted are greatly determined on the skills, talents and assets. A good mission fit matches the capabilities. Access accessibility and communication is expected often.

Clear purposes the missions must have a clear purpose and have a beginning and ending time frame tied to events.

Nonprofits

It is planned that missions are implemented as a non-profit organizational activity. Expecting philanthropist support: money, in-kind assets, donation and volunteerism.

Special purpose corporations

It is planned that each special mission will have a special purpose corporation (SPC) created.

Mission Summaries

Incorporation

Plan to incorporate instantly and a non-profit organization securing US federal tax ID number quitting a corporate resolution to establish banking including receiving donation and wire transfers. Filing for doing business occurs as necessary to be compliant with all laws, including for receiving donations from the public. 

It is planned that in one single business day the corporation can be formed in the State of Delaware utilizing third party provider: Harvard Business services. If it isn’t occurs when Harvard Business services not available evenings or weekends incorporation shall occur immediately upon availability.

Financial Support

Philanthropy

The financial support initially and on going for the mission to be provided by philanthropist it might be disclose or anonymous that could be determined by the philanthropist. 

Pre-established hypothetical budgets are planned. It’s expected that in kind donation and volunteerism will substantially reduce the daily burn rate of the mission. 

Public donations plan to be accepted.

When an incident occurs that involves family local or otherwise stipends our planned to be provided (debt cards physical and virtual) and all travel costs and more including after the event support provided.

In kind donations

Special considerations for in kind donation providing private aircraft transportation. Missions are supposed to be very time-sensitive so rapidly transporting people and assets to the incident location expected to be critically important. Philanthropist private aircraft or other aircraft membership programs expected for quick transit. Rural locations are not often served by commercial airlines. 

Foreign countries share the runway with passenger air traffic and military air traffic. P*** fast traveling expected to include shared runways.

Budgeting

Planning and budgeting for mission prior to Mission is impossible. Startup estimates of $1,000 out if pocket expenses and $5,000 to $10,000 for planning purposes, it depends really upon geographical considerations for travel.

Average daily financial cost rate should be estimated prior to acceptance of the mission.

Legal team

The lawyers provide advisory legal services related to the mission. International missions include local legal team.

Legal Activities

Performing missions complies with all laws and restrictions domestically or internationally. The legal team works mostly with the host location including during Transit to ensure complete legal Activities

No mission shall be requested or implemented that’s not the same legal parameters.

All transported and secured storage assets: subject to inspection, including electronics high tech equipment is planned for detection.

Publicist team.

Internal publicist manages public relations (PR) correspondence with media. 

The purposes team works with camera crews coordinating and organizing content sharing.

Preferred providers media team works with the publicist team to ensure best possible exposure consistent with companies policy. Politicians publicist team interacts with internal public services team to anticipate and respond. Celebrity publicist work with the internal publicity team

The publicist team invites the media for food and drinks. When needed, and available the publicist team invites and makes arrange for overnight accommodations and security credentials.

Banking Team

His plan to have dedicated banking accounts for special purpose corporation and its mission. Physical and digital banking is planned. Debit cards are trying to be used for many transactions. Key personnel shall be issued individual debit cards expenditures per budget and as needed and authorized. Large significant purchases controlled at headquarters.

Celebrities

High profile individuals and celebrities invited to participate as philanthropist and on-site crew. Some celebrities have developed equipment, ownership and other assets that are potentially beneficial to missions. Working directly or with their publicist open invitations are planned.

Accounting Team

The accounting team with focus booking keeping is planned to be digital. Passcode protected bookkeeping. Summary reports are planned for daily weekly and quarterly and beginning in the mission summaries all money in all money out with percentage analysis. Special queries enabled. 100% accountability for all donations with  reporting.

Geographical team

Plan to have geographical specialist working in all locations providing detailed information about the incident scene and propose accessibility land and water.

Surface transportation is prioritized especially utilizing electric vehicles including trucks with trailers and passenger vehicles. 

Comprehensive analysis of incident location by the geographical team utilizing the latest advanced mapping and satellite imagery. Pre-global graphical Information systems software acquisition and procurement of mapping information is planned.

With both familiarity of the capabilities and limitations of the geographic team supports the mission and reports to the mission leadership.

Rentals

When an incident occurs and is master planned and accepted. Assets under the direction of control of the executive team, preferred vendors inventory and from Independent electric vehicle stations are utilized for the mission. The equipment is treated and considered as a rental under the same terms and conditions others renting assets.  It’s expected that potentially discounting of standard rates to be applied considered. The payment and guarantees made by the new special purpose corporation

Tech Team

Technology team manages all the technological assets especially communications, all forms of communications.

Liability

The nonprofit corporation plans to have a significant insurance policy for missions. Separately assets have insurance policies. Legal team establish processing any claims. Indemnification requested for the protection of personnel.

Security team

The security team to provide protection for all participants and controls. That’s incident site especially secured with humans and humanoids is planned 24/7. Credentials physical or digital issued by the security team. On site login system digitally reports, records actions and access information.

Transportation Team

The transportation division handles all movement of assets including personnel. Real time disclosure and movement of assets to be provided.

Food & Drinks Team

The plan for the culinary team support includes providing food and drinks to all individuals on-site.

Authorization

The operation team and support team coordinate insecure authorizations for the mission. Incidents occurring in the United States plans to secure presidential, gubernatorial and local mayor’s authorization. Preferably in written form sent to tech team for record keeping.

Authorization from recognize authority depends on location United States territories in States authorization is simple. Internationally authorizations expected to be secured from embassies located in the Washington DC in close coordination with the US State Department. Incidents occurring during unaccessible time frames we’ll focus on pre-staging response.

Mission authorizations must include full control of the mission. Potentially some support activities to be considered. It’s not the intent of the organization to be subservient to others. Mission focus and execution is the only intent not providing support to others. When the plane and on site it’s expected that whole mission control if at any time control is withdrawn from the authorization the plan is to terminate all activities including physical assets withdrawing completely.

Mission leadership

Communications team

The communications team disseminates newsworthy content including multimedia file available supported by the tech teams (HQ, regional & on-site)

Immediately with an incident happens and tentatively planning to respond the longitude and latitude is determined and evaluated with SpaceX Starlink communication coverage. When is determined that the location currently is not Starlink supported location, immediately a special request purposes temporary or semi-permanent communication is solicited directly to decision makers and SpaceX.

It’s necessary and imperative to have Internet communications. The equipment operational capabilities depends on Internet communications in addition to command and control capabilities.

Video b-roll it should be created prior to incidents and shared with media and others for developing independent stories. The B-Roll expected to include assets and personnel.

Strategic public relations is planned for all preferred providers including rolling credits at the end of video pieces. Limited sign in on equipment is planned making everything look generic. Some future incidents are expected to be occurring in or creating hazardous condition to humans. Many jurisdiction and others have hazmat first responder capabilities. Specialized equipment with enhanced sensor systems provide real-time data on-site and communicated back to headquarters and for others. Advance thermal imaging provide detection of Humans and others. The Advanced imaging provides, detailed visualization. 

It’s planned to have hazardous condition teams including with decontamination capabilities. Augmentation of the human resources expected to include humanoids. The robots are expected to be equipped with advance systems including communications multiple cameras providing video feed. It’s planned that the humanoids to be trained to operate all equipment including compact track loaders (CTL). Potentially extremely beneficial for moving heavy objects, thousands of pounds capabilities. The robots and equipment can operate in hazardous conditions.

Weather team

A weather team to provide detailed information of current weather conditions at all pertinent sites (HQ, regional and incident site). The real time weather conditions reported and long-term weather forecasting. Weather team plays an important role to making decisions. Comparative analysis of location based by historical information part of the weather team’s responsibility utilize in customized forecasting.

The weather teams planned with specialized in wind directional considerations including forecasting. Potentially this of great importance to many situations from hazardous air quality to forest fires and much more.

No plans to perform missions on behalf of or otherwise with law enforcement agencies. Individual law enforcement personnel mission support to be considered and planned.
