PopUp Cafes is pleased to announce the arranged marriage between the Horticulturist and Chef. The relationship consummation happened with Raspberry Pi, technology. It’s not very romantic, it’s connection with benefits to Consumers, healthy eating lifestyle simplified and convenient, fitting in well with a person’s needs, activities, and plans.
The Computer Motherboards Raspberry Pi is use with our Culinary Lighting System, for Producers urban indoor farming growing fresh food.
The Chef Producers use the Raspberry Pi within our thermoelectric unit, tCube for refrigeration, warming and sous vide cooking.

Food that travels from long distances doesn’t have as many nutrients as locally grown food. Produce that has to make a long trek to your grocery store is often picked before it’s ripe and fully ready to eat, which can reduce its nutritional value. - Better Taste.

Growing Food Mission
We realized the flaws in our industrialized food system. Produce is currently treated like any other manufactured good: optimized for production and distribution efficiency and not for flavor and freshness. Unfortunately, for Consumer, that means choosing to grow less-nutritious varieties (like Iceberg lettuce), shipping vast distances, and covering the produce in chemicals used to increase yields and shelf life.
