Pardo 38 Specifications
The Pardo 38 is a 11.90 meter designer motor yacht with 2 guest cabins and a draft of 0.90 meters which can reach speeds of up to 45 knots.
Pardo 38
Pardo 38, galley Designed by Cantiere del Pardo in co-operation with Zuccheri Yacht Design, the Pardo 38 astonishes for her wise space management.
Once climbed on board, the visitor immediately finds an extremely comfortable boat without the typical movement constraints that one might expect from a 38-footer. A clear example of this is offered by the astern seats that, elegantly refined, are certainly not less impressive, in terms of quality and dimensions, that those of the elder sister, the Pardo 43.
The seats can accommodate up to 6 passengers and are therefore perfect to have a meal with your family or friends also thanks to the presence of a sink and and induction hobs that, positioned just behind the steering console, complete this zone with additional comfort.
The bow section houses a comfortable and elegantly refined three-seater sun pad. The carbon fiber Hard Top covers the wheel house and extends up to the dining area. An electrically-operated bimini allows to further extend the cover and shade even the stern section of the boat.
Lengths planned for landing craft: small 20 foot, medium 26 feet and largest 32 feet. The sizes planned, outboard electric motors and open wheel house (Captain area) placement is covered. Front and back comfortable areas offer endless activities.
Cybertruck tow-ability for increased deployment capabilities, with and without boat rampage. Reported, aquatic (water-tight design shallow water) capabilities of Tesla Cybertrucks could be beneficial for deployment.
Compact Track Loaders (CTL) vehicles and Rovers planned for boat fleet moves. Planning lightweight CTL transportation on landing craft.
Fun and important support of activities with a landing craft fleet.
Yachting, it’s planned to have day-cruisers yachts in watercraft fleet. Procurement team, has selected a boat builder (Pardo) hull as optimal for intended purposes. The yacht has many beneficial design features that makes it optimal.
Below deck, has two (2) separate sleeping areas (Berths) and bathroom with private showering capabilities.
No kitchen (Gally) is designed, or planned. Food and drinks facilitated. Outdoor kitchen is planned on landing craft and deployment on-shore.
Food and drinks available planned onboard and accessablity planned, including on-shore by others.
Lengths planned for fleet includes: 38 feet, 43 feet and 50 feet.

DESIGNING LUXURY WITH
AN ECO-FRIENDLY APPROACH
The innovative expertise of Cantiere del Pardo, consolidated over more than 50 years, is the secret of producing yachts that are increasingly more environmentally friendly whilst characterized by an unmistakable design.
Landing Craft
20 -to- 32 length, plus outboard electric motors.
Aluminum landing craft are often used for oil spill recovery and waterway maintenance operations. They can be fitted with a choice of outboard motors. The spacious hull can carry a range of loads and offers a large deck area. The bow ramp is convenient for loading equipment and utility vehicles. View our available models. We can custom build a boat to your specifications.
The Australian-owned, Thai-based designer/builder SeaCat is renowned for its practical, economical boats. As well as filling its regular stream of orders, SeaCat frequently builds on speculation. The fact is that those “spec” boats are invariably snapped up very quickly. These fast landing craft have numerous attractive features not least of which is their low cost.
The vessels can operate without any shore-based facilities. For example, they do not require a jetty to load people/cargo on and off, you can simply drive the vessels up to the beach and lower the bow door and walk onto the beach.
What also makes this version special is its vee bottom, allowing for smooth operation in choppy seas. With an operating speed of 25 knots, fully loaded they allow safer and more efficient access to White Haven Beach, which is a national park and does not have any onshore facilities.
The vessels are versatile enough to be used for day or night passenger transfers between the islands, as well as snorkeling and fishing trips. The owners also required the vessels be low draught and able to land on the beach comfortably as well as carry up to 30 passengers.
It was also a requirement the vessels be in Australian Survey for Class 1D (passenger vessel operating in partially smooth waters). Another special feature of the vessels is that they are easily disassembled to fit into a 40-foot container for shipping.
The owners were looking for a proven design that could be completed quickly and to an Australian Standard. The vessels were completed on-time and on-budget.
“We are an ‘easy-to-deal-with’ Australian boat builder based in Thailand, so we can offer an economical, competitive, cost effective option,” said SeaCat’s Paul Birgan.
The proven design of these heavy duty, aluminium plate barge models is approved by the Australian commercial vessel standards, NSCV Class 1D.
These are the third and fourth landing crafts of this series produced by SeaCat Ships, and are updated versions, with the capacity to hold 32 passengers, cushion seating, and two round centre seats, which are easily converted into raised dining tables.
The side panels were redesigned to give a nicer shape to suit the owner’s requirements, giving the vessels a more stylish appearance.
“2019 has been a very busy year for us at SeaCat Ships,” added Birgan, “as it has been for the past three/four years. We are near to completion of the fifth of this particular landing craft design, built ‘on-spec’ and it has been sold prior to completion.
“2020 will see the commencement of two more of these designs built on-spec which will be available for purchase March 2020.”
When asked where he sees the small landing craft industry heading over the next few years, Mr Birgan said that he can see demand increasing given current trends, and as the word gets out about how economical they are to purchase and to operate, he imagines the demand will continue to grow as will the designs and construction.
Background
A yacht is a sailing or power vessel used for pleasure, cruising, or racing. There is no standard definition, though the term generally applies to vessels with a cabin intended for overnight use.
Boating is the leisurely activity of travelling by boat, or the recreational use of a boat whether powerboats, sailboats, or man-powered vessels (such as rowing and paddle boats), focused on the travel itself, as well as sports activities, such as fishing or waterskiing.
What is the average price of a yacht?
According to the Boats Group Market Index of 2022, the average yacht price in the United States of vessels 46 to 55 feet was $467,899 with 2,273 boats sold, while the average price for yachts in the 56 to 79 foot category was $1.18m with 997 sold in 2022.

Boats come in a wide variety of shapes and sizes—and so do their hulls. Despite the variety, all hulls are designed to do one of only two things: either displace water, or ride on top of it, which is called planing.
Sailing boats, slow-moving boats, and large boats like cruise ships have displacement hulls. The combination of their weight and power means they move lower in the water, pushing or displacing water, rather than riding on top of it.
Smaller, faster boats, like powerboats or personal watercraft, typically have planing hulls. Planing hulls are designed to rise up and ride on top of the water at higher speeds.
Specific hull types.
V-Shaped Hulls
“V-shaped” hulls are planing hulls, and are the most common type of hull for powerboats. Deep v-shaped boats are designed to plane on top of the water at higher speeds and provide a smoother ride through choppy water. These boats are usually equipped with a larger engine than flat or round-bottomed boats.
