Experienced event coordinator with specialist coaching can take care of all the event details. Even requestor provides guest list for events or guest demographic requirements. Establishes requirements and desired outcome. Then attend the events and pays fees and costs.
Special event venues
Location make the difference in a complete special events experience. Unique places locally regionally and internationally are planned. National parks and other public in private locations often offer hosted and hosting events. Securing event permits and related permits for food and drinks is planned. Special use permits for other activities including product displays are planned

Duration
No set amount of time for a special event average about 3 to 4 hours but events could be longer in duration or multiple days limited time each day or whatever desired.
Never ending days, no formal beginning or end too specially events plan many extended hours as requested.

Culinary and drinks provided for special events in-house no outside catering company involved. Catering services available for participants within the company of menu and Equipment capabilities. Always available anytime anywhere.
Food planned to include: protein, starch and vegetable. Beef (primary) poultry, pork and fish including Seafood, grilled lobster meat (will lobster tail) planned season vegetables planned. Different seasonings on steak (ribeye) dry-aged steak planned. Starch baked potato. Planned sliced potatoes with onions, butter, especially for breakfast is planned.
Fixed-menu,. multiple coarse meals, Limited menu planned and heavy appetizers (ingredients from the fixed limited menu)
Farm to table
Fresh products cooked and served.
Electric grills can cook pizza. Grills capable of smoking products
Combination of steak and seafood is planned for surf/turf.
Food platters planned. Hot food served at optimal temperature.
Desserts our plan provided by bakeries. The deserts are planned to be bite size ready to be eaten.
Drinks plan to be individual bottled beverage custom pre-ordered unlimited quantity as needed. Both alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages available. Gourmet Coffee and teas are planned. Cultural beverages served as requested. Precision temperature control is planned.
Food and drinks are planned to be unbundled. Special events can include one or the other or both pasted heavy-appetizers hey those are ideas are supported.
Special event within special event
Hypothetically attend an event within an event. Attend the Indianapolis 500 race. Depart Washington DC metro area by private, jet landing within a 12-minute predetermined assigned landing spot. Helicopter hop to the in-field area of the race track… Have breakfast with race car driving team at race team trailer…Watch entire race beginning to end… Helicopter back to the airport private aviation attend celebrity party at airport, waiting for 12 minutes to departure schedule and slot. Call request in granted earlier time slot for departure quick assembly of gas jump on plane depart quickly… Arrived back in Metro Washington DC in time for dinner. Special event within a special event. This trip/actually happens successfully.
