From farm-to-fork and pier-to-plate, this is a uniquely innovative approach. In our custom design-built CaféVans and CaféTrailers at the farm and pier, the product is rinsed-cleaned-rinsed, then hermetically sealed in plastic pouches or jars, unseasoned or seasoned with fresh spices, herbs, oils, butter and sauces, etc.
The products are in safely packaged individual or family size portions. All items are immediately placed in portable custom designed thermoelectric containers. The all in one thermoelectric unit:
- 6 QT – Top loading insulated food transportation container. Plus insert increasing space.
- Lightweight about 30 lbs. made of EPP (Expanded Polypropylene) – an eco-friendly high performance foam material. Half the weight without thermoelectric assembly. (Empty without Food & drinks not included).
- Ergonomic & Comfortable handles allow easy and safe lifting, in/out of the trunk of car.
- Carriers are designed with enough room to hold 8” food pan Capacity: 27.5 qt. & seal cover along with unpowered warmers or chillers for the ultimate food safety solution to protect food to support HACCP compliance.
- Exterior dimensions: L 26″ x W 16″ x H 16″ with insert. Plus thermoelectric assembly less than 21″ height.
The temperature ranges operating (Fahrenheit °F Degrees). Temperature accuracy 1°F by thermoelectric modules and immersion circulator:
- Dry Cold: 32 °F -to- 72 °F
- Dry Warm: 68 °F –to- 168°F
- Wet Hot: 68 °F –to- 208 °F
Wet temperature is achieved by using a immersion circulator, within vessel automatically filled with water and drained. Our thermoelectric unit is designed for food temperature danger zone: the range between 41˚F and 135˚F (5˚C and 57˚C). Harmful bacteria grows well in that zone. And within that zone, bacteria grow even faster between 125˚F and 70˚F (52˚C and 21˚C). Food must pass through this temperature range quickly to reduce this growth.
PopUp Cafes thermoelectric unit provides refrigeration, warm holding and hot cooking with sous vide technique, while on-site and when mobile. The unit is controlled from anywhere with App Controlled: WiFi or Bluetooth connection, and records temperature of container and food items.
The products move directly from farm or pier to consumer with no need for multiple locations or parties. The future of food depends on completely leveraging technology at every step. In our new innovative food system using cashless transactions, everything happens from smartphone, tablet or personal computer.
The custom Portable Bar has unlimited configurations for serving counter is added, with integrated Portable Thermoelectric Units. The rack-shelving is equipped with adjustable levelers or wheels. Clip-on marketing panels applied to front and sides of the rack. An overhead canopy and glass holder add-on are available, with LED lighting. Lightweight rack-shelving system, around 40 lbs. is quickly assembled and disabled.
Special wired rack-shelving system designed to hold two (2) thermoelectric containers, operated as slide-out drawers for pick-up and serving counter. The fixed shelves rack is for easy holding and moving up to three thermoelectric units. One additional thermoelectric container can be placed on top of the rack-shelving system.
